Mary oversees all aspects of CSPR day-to-day operations, finances, education management programs, and culture. She brings vast experience in education management, corporate communications, federal and state government affairs, political campaign management and labor relations.

Job Description:

  • Managing the CEO’s workflow and priorities by managing her schedule and anticipating steps ahead.
  • Preparing for and following up on internal and external meetings.
  • When needed, participating directly in external meetings and following up with the relevant parties.
  • Providing members of the Executive Leadership Team leverage in moving projects forward by assisting with information gathering,
    communicating with different parties, developing and monitoring plans, keeping track of responsibilities, and so on.
  • Managing special projects assigned by the CEO.
  • Prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously and following through on issues in a timely manner.
  • Proactively identifying ways to improve the efficiency and efficacy of the leadership team.
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations and staff services, which may include and are not limited to bookkeeping, client payments and
    relations, employee benefits, payroll, office environment, travel and event logistics.
  • Anticipating needs from the team and identifying opportunities to create processes and systems to streamline office flow.

Job Description:

  • To monitor, oversee, and serve as an advocate for all legislative activity relevant
    to our clients in the United States, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Switzerland and
    Canada.
  • Attends and participates in government and community meetings and
    reports to the members any issues affecting the clients.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Planning: Working with Executive Vice President and Chief of Global Business and
    Policy and the Government Relations Committee, develops a comprehensive program
    for advocating on issues of importance to our clients.
  • Data Management: Manages database of legislative and regulatory activity
    (Thomson Reuters/Westlaw) for any new federal or state regulations or legislation
    impacting modular construction.
  • Relationship Management: Develop working relationships with key agency contacts at the state, provincial,
    and federal levels positioning clients on specific issues of concern.
  • Publications: Provides relevant updates and content for monthly member updates
    and quarterly publications.

Job Description:

  • Ability to develop fluency around the most important issues to CSPR Clients and connect back to how we operate in a strategic manner.
  • Monitors Key Performance Indicators and facilitates follow up.
  • In line with CEO, drive results on strategy initiatives, special projects and events that reinforce CSPR’s vision and posture.
  • Partner with other CSPR leaders and Partners, to promote strategy implementation and risk assessment planning.
  • Coordinate and work with senior leadership team to ensure CEO meeting objectives are clear.
  • Ensure that internal communications are disseminated and timely.
  • Writes internal communications that are sent out under the CEO’s name and collaborates with key internal stakeholders as appropriate on messaging content and tone.
  • Triages internal communications (telephonic, written, email) from employees to the office of the CEO.
  • Managing risk around confidential and strategic projects that are of time sensitive importance. Liaising directly with Legal, Human Resources and CEO or appropriate parties.
  • Creating and synergizing reports/dashboards/presentations for board level agendas, 4-5 times per year.
  • Other duties as the role evolves over time.

  • Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
  • Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
  • Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
  • Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments.
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
  • Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
  • Maintains office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Maintains office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

Job Description:

  • Manage the flow of issues requiring either short-term responses or anticipatory preparations, and maintaining close liaison and coordination with all business partners and clients.
  • Define, convene, and coordinate teams addressing issues that require intensive short-term efforts for response to both external and internal constituencies.
  • Perform research on issues of importance to the EVP and follow up to implement the EVP’s decisions.
  • Assist the EVP with the logistics and preparations for local, regional, international and national meetings.
  • Draft written materials, speeches, remarks, talking points and for the EVP’s use in speaking engagements on company and with external constituents.
  • Helps develop goals, and objectives for Government Relations Team Business Function to facilitate the business plan.
  • Tracks progression of special projects and provides feedback to the IT executive team on progress.
